How do I order a card ?
You can buy cards via the website. View the cards through the occasion catagories, you can enlarge the photos by clicking on them & then clicking on “Larger Image”. When you have decided which card you would like, click on “Add this to my cart” & follow the instructions from there.
If you would like to personalise the card in anyway (ie, adding a name or date) please send details of what you would like added in the “Special instructions” box when placing the order.
If you would like to send the card directly to the recipient with a personal message enclosed, please see “Special Signature Service”.
Can I order a Personalised or Bespoke Card?
There are many ways to make your card that little bit extra special!
Many of the cards designs are very generic & can be used for most occasions. If you like the style of a card but would like the occasion or the colour scheme changed or if you would like something added to the card, like a Name, Age or date, then please do not hesitate to contact me either through the “Special instructions” box when you are placing an order or simply send me an email with your requirements & I will be happy to help in anyway I can. Personalisation is free of charge.
We would also be delighted to design a bespoke card for you to send. Please email me via the “Contact Us” page & I will be happy to discuss your requirements, give you a price & timescale for creating the card for you!
Can my card be sent directly to the recipient?
To have your card sent directly to the recipient with your own personal message inside, please see the “Special Signature Service” section.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept payment through either Paypal or by Debit/Credit Card. All card payments are processed via Paypal on our behalf.
You do not need to have a paypal account to pay by card, simply proceed to check out, when you get to the stage of “Confirm the Order” you will be taken to a Paypal screen. On the bottom left hand side of the screen click the “continue” link to pay by card or if you do hold a paypal account you can log in on the right hand side of the screen.
Paypal is a safe and secure way to pay online. Your financial details are never shared.
How are the cards packaged, when will they be dispatched & how much is postage?
We will send your order out as soon as possible & aim for it to be dispatched between 24-48 hours of the order being placed. For personalised or bespoke cards, please allow 5 working days as these may take longer to create depending on your requirements. For orders of a large volume, dispatch times will vary depending on requirements, I will liaise with you directly to confirm.
Our cards are packaged in cellophane wrappers for protection & posted securely in padded envelopes to make sure your card gets to you in perfect condition.
All our cards are sent First Class by Royal Mail. Please allow extra time for delivery at busy periods of the year, such as Christmas. Postage charges are:

What if I am not happy with my order or it is faulty?
Our cards are made with a lot of Love, care & attention, using good quality products so they are created to the highest possible standard. If, however you are really not happy & the cards do not meet your expectations then you may return the order within 14 days and we will provide a refund or exchange. The following conditions apply :-
1. The card(s) must be returned to us unused and in the original condition for a refund. If the unwanted card(s) are not re-saleable then a refund cannot be provided.
2. Return postage is not refundable unless the card(s) is faulty.
3. Unfortunately we are not able to refund personalised or bespoke cards.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number & reason for return. When returning cards please ensure you obtain a “Certificate of posting” from the post office or send recorded delivery. The card(s) will remain your responsibility until received back. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post.
In the unusual event that your card is faulty, please contact us by email initially. Once we have received the faulty card we will send a replacement or provide you with a refund (including return postage)
All approved refunds will be completed within 5 working days.
